And they think about how they're going to escape but then the two rocks started to move the captain was shivering  and scared then pikachu saves them by electric powers  Ash tells him to use them  then bulky had  soap in the bath pikachu accidentally melted the soap the soap  buky feld up with bubbles. Then it slip and slides through  the rocks and then they traveled around the islands they asked Ash to come with them he said yes. THE END

the life of Usain Bolt

Usain bolt was a late person. and he is a very talented sprinter he is fast as a t-rex and lighting and he is faster than a cheater.jennifer is an encouraging mom to usain bolt because she encourages him to run. Usain Bolt was born in Trelawny, Jamaica.They have tracks and field  where there is a small village and forest. The forest has emerald leaves. They are happy that their life!

When Usain was little he ran so fast that he even forgot his lunch and he was sad and his stomach rumbled like a bull getting angry. When he looked in his bag there was no lunch and he had to race one of the fastest men at his school to win his coach’s lunch. Guess what? He won! Then he was so happy and he was not hungry for food.

And this year he defended his WR known as the first person to do the triple triple in olympics.

P.E.D Preforming Enhancing Drugs

running  gives athletes an unfair advantage in beating world records and it changes the athlete's body and it's  Unfair when beating records. For example the swimming suits. Beat 20 world records in 1 olympic games (2004). After this swimsuit was banned They get faster at swimming. And for cycling there body moves fast and fast.They test there befor they get a first second and third medal. And for swimming they banned the highly tec LZR speedo suit. The LZR racing suit  has been banned because it’s shows so that means that they has more to beat world record.

The reason  that they don't cover their Arms, Shoulders, Ankle, and feet is because they need some movement and when there whole body is covered it turns them into a fast dolphin. Which is cheating and Ped is a performance-enhancing drug cheating thing they use it to make them strong, fast and

In my opinion they can cheat like this chinese  person who  was taking PEDs to win.

Technology kept to a minimum, focus on the athlete’s ability, Some technology is good but not if it changes multiple world records.
